Looking for Leads on Hume TractorRower
I am a lawyer involved in a patent infringement lawsuit in which an antique mower will be a key piece of evidence to prove that the patent is invalid and not novel. The mower is the Hume Model S TractorRower, and we believe it was produced in the late 1950s and early 1960s.
We are looking for dated written information such as brochures, advertisements, photographs, manuals, sales invoices or receipts, as well for any individuals who may remember this particular mower. We are also interested in locating an actual mower. Accompanying this letter are undated materials we have located regarding this mower. Similarly, we are interested in information about the dates of production of the Minneapolis-Moline Type 335 tractor shown here with the Hume Model S TractorRower. That information might help date this photograph. I look forward to hearing from anyone who might have information on the Hume TractorRower.
