Box 245, Dawson Creek, B.C., Canada V1G 4G7.

A friend of mine travelled the Mc-Kenzie Highway from Peace
River, Alberta, Canada to Yellowknife, Northwest Territories,
Canada. Passing through a small village by the name of Enterprise,
some thirty miles south of Hay River, Northwest Territories, he
spotted a Model W 20-30 Rumely.

When I received this information, I proceeded to track down the
owner, Mr. B. Kapalka who lived in Yellowknife.

Many phone calls later, I got a deal and purchased the
tractor.

The next move was to get it home, some 450 miles north of where
I live at Dawson Creek, British Columbia, this being a land of
great distances.

The old tractor had not run for many years, having a flat crank
shaft, among many other things. I have finally restored it to the
present condition.

I live four miles from the Mile 0 on the Alaska Highway. Anyone
travelling to Alaska or to Rendezvous 92, if interested, can call
in to my farm and I will give you a demonstration on my W 20-30
Rumely.

Rendezvous 92 is a 50 year celebration of the building of the
Alaska Highway.
