We have all seen quite a few engines in our time, but the engine
pictured in the photos is truly unique and a ‘labor of
love.’ The photographs were taken at the Amador County Fair in
Plymouth, California in July 1992. The engine is an International
Mogul sideshaft that is owned and restored by Floyd Mathes of
Livermore, California. The photos do not begin to do justice to the
beauty of this engine.
