I just wanted to share some before and after pictures of a 1 ?
HP Hercules I have recently restored.
When I bought the engine the governor was rusted solid, and the
gas tank was rusted out. The magneto and the ignitor were both
missing.
After building a new gas tank, repairing the broken parts,
getting the governor unstuck, cleaning, and painting, all that was
needed was an ignition system. I bought the plans from an article
in GEM and built it from scrap aluminum. This is the final
result
