The Spark Plug Collectors of America are pleased to announce the
dates of their 1993 meetings. The meetings are located in different
sections of the country to better accommodate the membership. The
Midwest regional meeting will be held May 28, in conjunction with
the Central Hawkeye Steam & Gas Engine Club’s annual swap
meet, in Waukee, Iowa. A general meeting will be held first,
followed by a benefit Spark Plug Auction.

The National-International Convention will be held August 27 at
the Jay County Fairgrounds in Portland, Indiana. This is in
conjunction with the Tri-State Gas Engine & Tractor Show.
Events will include a welcome banquet on Thursday night, the
National meeting and election of officers, a benefit plug auction,
and the attempt to set a new world’s record for the largest
display of antique and collectible spark plugs ever to be
assembled.

The Eastern Regional Meet will be held at the AACA Swap Meet
& Car Show in Hershey, Pennsylvania, October 8. A general
meeting will be held with a benefit plug auction to follow.

Meetings are always held at 10:00 a.m. local time (of meet). The
