What Year Is This Reeves & Co.?

At the Pottsville Historical Museum, we are trying to identify what year our Reeves & Co. steam engine was built. We would appreciate any help from Farm Collector readers. The engine does not have a wood box or seat for the driver. Is there a place on the engine that would have marks, or are there any identifying marks we should be looking for?
