Recognize This J Fleury Part?

I found this piece of machinery in the trees behind my house in Prince Edward Island, Canada. It has “RAPID EASY, J FLEURY’S SONS, AURORA ONT” on it. I tried the Internet, and discovered a photo of a Rapid Easy grain grinder, but it didn’t look like this. Does anyone know what it is?
