IN MEMORIAM

We wish to honor the memory of ROBERT CAREINS who passed away
October 11, 1990.

Submitted by his wife and family, 301 High Matthews, Fairmount,
Indiana 46928.

FREDERICK WAYNE ASPY, born August 14, 1922 near Geneva, Indiana
to William Roy and Mearl Burris Aspy, passed away July 20,1990
after a sudden heart attack.

Wayne married Norma Jean Fields in 1946. Survivors include his
wife, Jean, three sons, three daughters and 13 grandchildren.

He attended Geneva High School. He served with the U.S. Army in
World War II until 1945. He worked at Karch Stone Quarry from
1948-1964, retiring in 1984 as lead maintenance foreman at CTS in
Berne after 20 years of service.

Wayne had a repair shop where he built garden tractors,
trailers, and repaired engines, farm machinery, etc. Wayne was a
retired farmer.

He was a member of the Tri-State Engine and Tractor Association,
Inc., and he was one of those fellows who had the ability to figure
out and repair just about any problem that came his way. He was a
life member of National Rifle Association of America, American
Legion Post 468 of Berne and New Corydon United Methodist
Church.

His hobbies included fishing, boating, camping, reading historic
and war books, making hunting and fillet knives.

He will be missed by his many friends.
