Recognize This Bettendorf Wagon?

This wagon was made by Bettendorf Axle Co. in Davenport, Iowa. Bettendorf began building wagons in about 1893. International Harvester Co. acquired the brand in about 1905. By the late 1920s, Bettendorf Axle Co. ceased to be listed in farm equipment directories as an actively sold brand and is listed within a section pointing folks to International Harvester for replacement parts. We’re looking for any other information known about this wagon.
