My brother, Gayle Seekins, got a deer last fall. He ended up
with about 50 pounds of hamburger, so we decided to grind it up
using an Enterprise Meat Chopper, no. 41, patented June 1896. I’m
not sure of the breed of the engine (below). There’s no name or
numbers. Maybe readers can help identify the engine. It runs
flawlessly and had its work cut out for it for about 20 minutes.
The only problem was keeping the belt tight.
The grinder came from an old meat market in Wilbur, Wash. Don
Eckelberry, 1155 Highway 200, Noxon, MT 59853.
