I have been a subscriber to Gas Engine Magazine for a
couple of years now. I have just gotten my first engine from a
garbage pile, half-buried on the magneto side.

It is a Sattley Montgomery Ward, 1-1/2 HP, serial no. 69664, 550
RPM with 15-1/2-by-1-3/4-inch solid flywheels/flip-out crank. It
has a WICO EK magneto, serial no. 494232, main casting no. 2N5103,
3-3/4-inch bore and 1-1/4-inch bearing size bores.

I would like to correspond with someone who has restored or
knows about it. I would like to have some photos of the finished
engine, as well as the location to get some needed parts,
especially pushrod and governor parts. Any help will be greatly
appreciated. Donald Speck, 5105 Iron Ore Road, Huntington, PA
16652.
