Several years ago I purchased this 2-cylinder Novo engine. It
has magneto ignition and a Zenith carburetor. The carburetor has no
air filter so I’m not sure if it is correct. Shown on the brass tag
is serial no. CW47764, 2-3/4-inch bore, 4-inch stroke, Novo Engine
Co., Lansing, Mich. I have put off getting this engine running
until I could get some information about the set-up and operation.
So far I have found nothing about this engine. I would also be
interested in knowing what its application might have been. I’m
hoping some of my fellow subscribers may be able to help. David
