Our “Rusty Pistons” engine and tractor club of Union County,
N.C., is considering restoring this Buckeye diesel engine made in
Lima, Ohio, sometime between 1920 and 1940. It has eight cylinders,
9-1/2-inch bore by 15-inch stroke, a water pump and oil reservoir.
The engine was used to power the Lowder Flour Mill in Albemarle,
N.C. Please send information on this engine to: Dr. Harley A.
