Reader Ted Miller came across this photo, showing what appears
to be a prison work-crew grading a road. Ted says he doesn’t
know when the picture was taken, or where.
What’s interesting to us is the tractor, which appears to be
an IHC Titan, size unknown. The IHC logo is just visible on the
back left, but what throws us are the small front wheels and the
seven(?)-spoke rear wheels. Many thanks to Ted for sending this
in.
