1884 10 hp Schleicher, Schumm & Co. Slide-Valve Flame Ignition Engine

The Coolspring Power Museum’s 2015 Expo featured flame ignition engines, including this impressive 1885 10 hp Schleicher, Schumm & Co. engine, believed to be the last surviving engine of its type. We’ve posted video of this engine before, but this is one engine you just can’t get enough of. Watching it run is a treat.
