I built this little air cooled model in the year 1988. It was built from parts and materials usually found around an engine collector’s hobby shop. It is a hit and miss governed model. I used two twin Maytag cylinders, one for the cylinder and one for the cylinder head. The head is secured with six head bolts. The cylinder was bored and sleeved. It is 1? inch bore and stroke. I made the crank shaft. The crank case was fabricated out of 1/8 inch steel plate. Notice the little vibrator ignition coil. I used a coil from some flywheel magneto.

I have had this model on display at several shows in this area the past two years.
