Compressor To a Gas Engine

Here is a picture of a Gardner air compressor I converted to a
gas engine. It has a hit and miss governor, a make and break
ignition, 2 x 3 inch bore and stroke.

It has plenty of power to belt up to a stubborn engine to start
it.

I got the compressor from Bill Hadley, who lives in Texas City,
Texas. The Collector’s Network, 1989 issue, is responsible for
us getting to know Bill and Ruby Joe Hadley.
