By Staff

603 Loon Lake Road, Bigfork, Montana 59911

The Northwest Antique Power Association was formed February 21,
1994 and on March 21, 1994, we were accepted into the Early Day Gas
Engine & Tractor Association, and we are Branch 47. The club,
located in Columbia Falls, Montana, meets every third Monday of the
month (except for December), at 7:30 p.m. at the LaSalle Grange
Hall, on Highway 2.

In 1994, Jim Matson was president; Steve Skyberg, vice
president; Dan Tombrink, secretary; and Donn Thurston, treasurer.
We had fifty-one charter members. These officers held their offices
two years.

The newly elected officers for 1996 are Nick Poncelet,
president; Clyde Pederson, vice president; John Edgerton,
secretary; and Cliff Sedivy, treasurer.

In 1994 we had a Spring Crank-Up and a Fall Threshing Bee. Again
in 1995 we had a Spring Crank-Up and a Fall Threshing Bee.

The 1996 Spring Crank-Up was a complete wash-out! The show
grounds were under water so we postponed it until June 22, 1996,
with the hope that things would be dry by then.

Our 1996 Fall Show will be September 7. and 8.
