Here are pictures from a small get-to-together we had October
14-15, 1995, at ‘Jim’s Place,’ Elkhorn, Wisconsin.

In the picture with the three large portable engines, the one on
the left is a 16 HP Lauson-Lawton saw rig owned by Jim Keats. The
one in the center is a 12 HP owned by Scott Clausen. The one on the
right is a 12 HP, C.P. & J. Lauson, tank-cooled, owned by Jim
Keats.

The three upright engines, taken inside the shed, the one on the
left is a 5 HP Bovaird & Seyfang, the center one is a 4 HP
Luther Manufacturing Company, Olean, New York, both owned by me;
the one on the right is a 4 HP ‘Eclipse’ Myrick Machine
Company owned by Andy Keats. These engines are all being run on
propane fuel and are hot tube fired.

I guess we should put things away for winter. See you in the
spring!
