The ’96 show season is now over and I hope that everyone had
a good year and a safe year.

The Southeast Regional was a good show, not too many gas
engines, but a big tractor pull. The pull started about 2:00 p.m.
Saturday afternoon and didn’t finish until about 6:30 p.m.

President David Morgan and all the members of Branch 32 at
Clarksville, Arkansas, worked hard to put on a good show. After the
tractor pull, we were treated to an outstanding dinner and then a
short meeting.

We would like to welcome two new branches into the National:
Branch 79their president is Jim Whittley, 707 South G, Wellington,
Kansas 67152, and Branch 80their president is Barry Poole, 8025
Coberly Ct., Mechanicsville, Virginia 23111.

Now that the winter months are here, it would be a good time to
write a story about your collection and share it with the editor of
your local newsletter. I’m sure they would like some help
putting together the newsletter. Also you might want to send your
story in to GEM so that we all could enjoy it.

Hope your Holidays are safe and happy!
