1931 Fordson

| December/January 1998

531 Sherman Road Ballston Spa, New York 12020

This tractor is a 1931 Fordson #772770. My father worked it on our farm until 1963. For the next 32 years it sat outside unused and uncovered. I began restoration in 1995.

Fordson ceased production of the Model F in the U.S. in 1927. The 1928-31 Fordsons were designated Model N and were built at Cork, Ireland. Only 3,500 were manufactured in 1931 making this 'Irish' Fordson quite rare.
