Our LA John Deere 1946 model, New Holland stone crusher; that's my son Mitch oiling the crusher. He is a lot of help and really enjoys working with the engines. Next engine is our 3 h.p. Domestic and a 5 h.p. Cray Brothers' Engine. Party visible is our Fuller & Johnson Pump Engine. It goes to most of the shows we attend. Also, I am a member of the Shenandoah Valley Steam & Gas Engine Association of Berryville, Va.

These are some pictures of a little picnic and show my friends and I had at my place on July 7, 1974. There were twenty-two engines on hand, sixteen different makes. We all had a good time swapping yarns of how we acquired this engine or that.

We at my house, including my wife, two daughters and son really enjoy attending gas & steam meets. Seems to me like the people you meet at the shows are a good friendly group.

Please keep up the good work namely, your wonderful 'Gas Engine Magazine.' Pictures by Leslie Good of Front Royal, Va.
