SOUTH JERSEY Gas Engine Club Show

| July/August 1989

256 S. Ave. Bridgeton, New Jersey 08302

South Jersey Gas Engine Club held their annual show September 24-25, 1988 at Joe Dunn's showgrounds, Route 49, two miles east of Quinton, New Jersey.

Many demonstrations including rock crusher, water pumping, ice cream making, wood-splitting, apple paring, were done with early gas engines. A display of early autos, tractors, chainsaws, garden tractors, steam engines, marine inboard and outboard engines, were all in operation giving spectators a glimpse of early antique power equipment.

The wives of members were busy with the food tent and deserve a lot of credit for backing the activities of the club.

Everything combined made the show a success.
