The Stumptown Threshers opened their 1986 reunion on a beautiful Autumn day with patriotic ceremonies followed by all the threshing, sawing, baling, corn meal grinding and other activities.

Francis and Mary Young were crowned Thresherman and Thresherman Queen of the year and took a 'royal' ride in Ralph Jones' Model T truck.

Bill Arnold and his ? scale Goat won both the slow engine and block races. Joe Harrison and Clyde Sell took first place in the slow engine and block races in the antique class. Winners in the Young Farmers and Wives Kiddie Toy Tractor Pull Club were Lunn Basia, John Schultz, Aaron Trushell, Matt Miller and Bob Chaney.

With competition in over-60 and under 60 categories in the Old-Time Fiddlers contest, winners were Clarence Miller, Dean Westfall, Carrie Dillon, Jim Addy, Bill Burris, and Don Wilson. The Foster Lucas Band entertained on Friday night.

On Sunday, the day opened with church services led by Marion Rogers and a father-daughter singing group, after which the usual threshing and sawing activities resumed.
