Gary Triebner, of Fort St. John, British
Columbia, Canada, passed away on Oct. 5, 2006, after a difficult
battle with Lou Gehrig’s Disease.
Gary was an avid collector of antique engines, tractors and
other farm memorabilia. He contributed a great deal of knowledge to
several local organizations, museums and individuals, as well as
encouraged the younger generations to get involved in the hobby.
Gary was an active participant in several local shows and events,
and always looked forward to a “scrounging mission” with his
friends. His greatest passion, however, was his family; spending
time with his grandchildren was always his number one priority.
Gary will be greatly missed and his loss will be felt by his
family, friends and all who knew him. So long, Gary; you will never
be forgotten.
