Gas distillate engine

| August 2006

We are interested in any information regarding a 1909 gas distillate engine. It was the power plant for our 1909 yacht, Lotus. She is 92 feet 105 tons and the original engine was quite large, I think 90 HP. She was built by Lee & Brinton, naval architects new to Seattle at that time with offices in the original Coleman Ferry building. Christian Gruye, MV Lotus Heritage Foundation, 313 Jackson St., Port Townsend, WA 98368.

If you have a question about your engine for Flywheel Forum, please send it to Gas Engine Magazine, 1503 S.W. 42nd St., Topeka, KS 66609-1265;
