Fred Wraight of Veteran, Alta., operating a model IHC Mogul
tractor at the 1984 show of Pioneer Acres of Alberta at their new
location near Irricana, Alberta.

‘It seems like we left the big John sitting one night and
the next morning we had a baby John sitting alongside. Mother and
son are doing fine don’t believe the baby will ever get as big
as his mother? Maybe with some tender loving care?’ 1947 M and
1951 R.

Pictured above is a a 1918 Model H 16-30 Rumely Oil Pull
tractor. The tractor is owned and was completely restored to its
original condition by Willy Bakkestuen of 1912 South 14th Street,
LaCrosse, Wisconsin. The picture enclosed was taken at the 1984
Hesper-Mabel Steam Engine Days Show. The event is held every year
during the second weekend of September. This tractor is just one of
many tractors and antiques at the show every year.
