Terry Richardson, 3166 155th Ave., Morley, MI 49336 sent this; photo, saying, 'A few years ago I purchased a 1935 and 36 B for parts. The only things left on one of them was the radiator, steering shaft and a couple of smaller pieces. Of course the frame, engine and trans cases were there, but nothing inside but lots of mud and rust from lying in the woods for years. After removing the parts that were left I was going to haul the rest away, but the raised lettering 'John Deere' on the rear end housing I just couldn't part with. So, as you see, I made use of it in front of my garage. I cemented in two stands, making a cover for their back side and two wooden plugs for the axles to keep out the bees. Then my wife added the yellow flowers.'
'Here are a few photos of a Minnesota grain binder I recently fixed up. It had always been shedded so it was in pretty good shape. It was disassembled, sandblasted, painted and reassembled during '89-90.1 also have a 10-20 McCormick Deering, a 22' McCormick Deering thresher, Model A grain truck, and a John Deere tubular elevator.'
