Gas Engine Meet at Dave Dearborn'sWest Campton N.H. It is June 23, a very nice day in West Campton. The first engines came in at about 9 a.m., and they kept coming until about noon. We had 4 or 5 old cars and about 30 engines. I had my 15 H.P. International Mogul, that I had just gotten running after a long restoration, as it had not run since 1948. One of the flywheels had been moved six miles away and used for a boat anchor. I also had my 8 H.P. sandwich engine out. Carleton and Elroy Ekdahl from Manchester, N. H. brought their Charter engine. People came from Mass., Vermont, and N. H. Everyone had a very good time. We are going to have our meet this year on June 1, 1975. There are campgrounds and inns nearby for those who want to come on May 31, and visit the White Mountains of N. H. Dave Dearborn's Sandwich engine Ekdahl... 786 of 1551 characters shown.
