Early Day Gas Engine & Tractor AssociationBy Charley StarkNational Vice President 3848 South Farm Road 93 Republic, Missouri 65738 The '96 show season is now over and I hope that everyone had a good year and a safe year. The Southeast Regional was a good show, not too many gas engines, but a big tractor pull. The pull started about 2:00 p.m. Saturday afternoon and didn't finish until about 6:30 p.m. President David Morgan and all the members of Branch 32 at Clarksville, Arkansas, worked hard to put on a good show. After the tractor pull, we were treated to an outstanding dinner and then a short meeting. We would like to welcome two new branches into the National: Branch 79their president is Jim Whittley, 707 South G, Wellington, Kansas 67152, and Branch 80their president is Barry Poole, 8025 Coberly Ct., Mechanicsville, Virginia 23111.
