Bring Tour Friends and Relatives to the Next Show!By Roger Eldred10750 S.Vroman Road Shepherd, Michigan 48883 The 10th annual Blanchard Millpond Steam and Gas Show is now over and what a great show it was! The weather was outstanding for all three days, August 23, 24, 25, 1996. A saw mill that was loaned to our show by the Jerry Paulson family worked very well, and it will be there for years to come doing its job. Thanks from all of us, Jerry! This year we featured Cockshutt and Co-op tractors and Economy engines, but there was a good showing of tractors of all brands. The gas engine area had a large turnout of engine and gas engine models. On Friday afternoon we had visitors from one of the adult foster homes in Shepherd, and they were admitted free of charge. The children's games, again this year, were very popular. Our Friday night horse-pull is always a... 793 of 1730 characters shown.
