IN MEMORIAM

CLIFFORD H. FOEGEN, 85, of Arcadia, Wisconsin, died November 4, 1996, at Franciscan Skemp Healthcare/Arcadia.

He was born in Glencoe, Minnesota, October 26, 1911, to Phillip and Emelia Marking. He married Rosella Doelle on October 10, 1934. She died in 1968.

He later married Gladys Reglin Hannon May 26, 1973. Clifford farmed and was a member of Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church and the Catholic Order of Foresters. He also served on the A-G Co-op Board.

He is survived by his wife, Gladys, of Arcadia; four sons, Glenn Foegen of Cochrane, Wisconsin, John Foegen of Winona, Dennis Foegen of Tulsa, Oklahoma, and Cletus Foegen of Fountain City, Wisconsin; four daughters, LuAnn Galvan of Milwaukee, Jane Ann Foegen of Osseo, Wisconsin, Bernadette Einhorn, of Thorp, Wisconsin, and Barbara Shaffner of Owatonna, Minnesota; 22 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren; two brothers, Antony Foegen of La ...
