Corson9374 Roosevelt Street, Crown Point, Indiana 46307 On May 3, 4 and 5, 1996 the Oklahoma Steam Threshing and Gas Engine Association, Inc. held their 41st annual show in Pawnee, Oklahoma. Though at the time the area was already in need of rain, members, exhibitors and friends came to enjoy the weekend with hopes for three days of good weather and only memories of the unforgiving rains of the past few years. Roads on the grounds had been buildup, with ample drainage, as just part of an extra effort to improve the showgrounds. The gas engine area and flea market area were overflowing, along with a fine lineup of Minneapolis-Molines in the featured equipment row.
