Ninth Annual UAW Antique Gas Engine and Tractor ShowBy Morris Turn,Chairman UAW Local No.662 2025 Hillcrest Drive Anderson, Indiana 46012 On June 4-6, UAW Local 662 hosted its ninth annual Antique Gas Engine and Tractor Show in Anderson, Indiana. From near and far people came to share their hobby. Whether it be Joyce and Albert Goethals, from Wallaceburg, Ontario, Local 251; Joe and Lorraine Drouin from Sarasota, Florida; or Richard Gasper, Local 662, from up the road, all joined together to make our show a success. Exhibitors began setting up Friday. Soon the grounds were a "sea of green" as the John Deere tractors began to take center stage, as that was our featured product line this year. You could also hear the whimsical chugging of the old gas engines, as they began to remind us of days gone by. Saturday's festivities included a giant craft show and flea market.... 806 of 2071 characters shown.
