Photo AlbumKen Lucas of 1529 Ravenswood Dr., Columbus, IN 47201 completely rebuilt this 1950 IHC "H". Lucas increased the horsepower by 7, completely sandblasted, primed and gave this tractor three coats of paint and a sealer. This engine, built by Melvin Long of Harbor Beach, cost about a total of ten dollars to build. Flywheels, crankshaft and piston are from old B&S engines. Cylinder sleeve is from a hydraulic cylinder. Long lives at 540 Bartlett, Harbor Beach, MI 48441. This unusual photo was submitted by Glenn S. Fredrikson of 432 So. Extension, Mesa, AZ 85202. Larry Stafford of Mesa, AZ took the picture in a cotton field at Buckeye, Arizona.
