John Hiniker, of Mankato, Minnesota, is shown on the cover with the 35 HP Superior gas engine which he recently restored. It has a 14½" bore, 20" stroke, 3,306 cubic inches displacement, and weighs approximately 6 tons mounted. John is holding a Cole model, which he built, with 1¼" bore and 1¾" stroke. Both "run like a charm."
